Piper's Angels annually hosts the Crossing for the Cure event spanning from Bimini all the way to Palm Beach, where dozens of brave volunteers cross the Gulf Stream on paddleboards in the dark of night to make it to the Florida beach by day. Hextronics is proud to be one of the sponsors of this event, cataloging the paddlers from overhead with drone feed and recording the journey from as far out as a drone will go! We have been lucky to offer our station's services since 2021, supplying the event with uninterrupted drone coverage with an unlimited battery reserve.
